Vulvovaginal Discharge

Taylor Brooks is a 26-year-old female presenting with vaginal discharge and itching. I'm 26 years old and for the past 4 or 5 days I've been having a lot of vaginal discharge and intense itching. The discharge is white and thick, kind of clumpy — almost like cottage cheese, sorry for the description. It doesn't really have a strong smell. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
