Uncomplicated UTI

Hannah is a 23-year-old female presenting with burning with urination and urinary frequency for 2 days. It started two days ago with this burning sensation every time I urinate. It's really uncomfortable - like a stinging, sharp pain right at the end of urinating. I've also been going to the bathroom way more than usual, probably every hour or so, and each time I feel like I really have to go urgently but then only a small amount comes out. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
