Carol is a 52-year-old female presenting with leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or laughing for 6 months. This has been going on for about six months now. I leak urine when I cough, sneeze, laugh hard, or lift something heavy. I wear a pad every day. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
