Acute Chest Pain at Rest

James Mitchell is a 62-year-old male presenting with i've been having chest pain that started this morning at rest and hasn't gone away. I've been having episodes of chest discomfort for about 2 weeks now, but today is different - it's much worse. The pain started this morning around 7 AM while I was sitting at breakfast. It's a heavy, squeezing pressure in the center of my chest, like an elephant sitting on me. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
