OSCE Voice Station
Barbara is a 55-year-old female presenting with electric shock-like facial pain for 6 weeks. About six weeks ago I started getting these sudden, intense jolts of pain on the right side of my face. It feels exactly like an electric shock - a sharp, stabbing bolt that shoots through my right cheek and jaw. Each attack lasts only a few seconds, maybe 10 to 30 seconds at most, but the pain is absolutely excruciating - the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
