Brief Speech and Arm Weakness

Gary Mitchell is a 58-year-old male presenting with brief episode of slurred speech and right hand weakness. About 30 minutes ago I suddenly couldn't get my words out properly. It was like my speech was garbled, and my right hand felt weak and clumsy. It lasted about 10 minutes and then mostly went back to normal, but I still feel a little off. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
