Angela is a 42-year-old female presenting with agitation and rapid heart rate. I was diagnosed with Graves' disease about two years ago and I was on methimazole. But I ran out about three weeks ago and I just never got around to refilling it — I was feeling fine so I figured I could skip it for a while.
