Painless Testicular Lump

Josh is a 23-year-old male presenting with painless firm right testicular lump noticed 2 weeks ago, possibly enlarging. I'm a 23-year-old guy and about two weeks ago I found a hard lump on my right testicle while I was in the shower. It doesn't hurt at all — it just feels firm and like it's part of the testicle. I think it might be a little bigger now than when I first noticed it. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
