Tension Pneumothorax

Kevin is a 28-year-old male presenting with sudden left-sided chest pain and difficulty breathing. I was just sitting at my desk at work about 45 minutes ago when I suddenly felt this sharp, stabbing pain in the left side of my chest. It literally hit me out of nowhere — one moment I was fine and the next I felt like someone stabbed me in the chest. The pain is on my left side and goes up toward my shoulder. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
