Marcus is a 22-year-old male presenting with 22 y/o m college student brought in by roommate after making concerning statements about not wanting to be alive. Patient is a junior in college. Roommate overheard him saying he wished he could just disappear and found him researching methods online. Patient admits to passive suicidal ideation for past 3 weeks, escalating to active thoughts over past few days. Brought by roommate after "not wanting to be here anymore" statements.
