Social Anxiety Disorder

Trevor is a 20-year-old male presenting with intense fear and avoidance of social situations, worsening over past year. I've always been shy, ever since I was a kid, but it's gotten so much worse since I started college. Anytime I have to talk in class, give a presentation, or even eat in the dining hall with people, I get this overwhelming fear. My heart starts pounding, my hands shake, I sweat through my shirt, and my face turns bright red. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
