Kenneth is a 63-year-old male presenting with changing mole on upper back noticed by wife. My wife noticed a mole on my upper back about two months ago. She said it looked bigger than she remembered and the color seemed different. I can't really see it myself since it's on my back, but she's been after me to come get it checked. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
