Patricia is a 54-year-old female presenting with several months of dry eyes and dry mouth with fatigue and joint aches. I'm a 54-year-old woman with about six months of dry, gritty eyes that feel like there's sand in them, and a very dry mouth that makes me sip water constantly to swallow dry foods.
