Shoulder Popped Out

Cody is a 24-year-old male presenting with right shoulder 'popped out' after a fall during rugby. I was playing in a rugby match about an hour ago when I went to tackle someone and got knocked off balance. I landed on my right arm with it stretched out and kind of forced backward and up. I felt my shoulder pop out of the joint instantly — it was a horrible feeling and the pain was immediate and intense, easily a nine out of ten. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
