Brittany is a 33-year-old female presenting with difficulty delivering baby's shoulders during vaginal delivery. I've been in labor for about 14 hours. The pushing stage has been going on for about 2 hours. The baby's head just delivered but it immediately pulled back tight against me - the nurse called it a turtle sign.
