Anthony is a 35-year-old male presenting with brought by case manager due to medication non-adherence and worsening paranoia. 35-year-old male with schizophrenia diagnosed at age 22 brought by case manager. He stopped his medications 3 weeks ago because he believes they are being used to control his thoughts. He has become increasingly paranoid, believing his neighbors are spying on him for the government. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
