Natasha is a 35-year-old female presenting with persistent dry cough and fatigue for 2 months. About two months ago I developed a dry cough that just won't go away. It's a persistent, hacking cough — completely dry, no mucus or phlegm at all. It seems worse at night and sometimes wakes me up. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
