Swollen Hands and Morning Stiffness

Priya Sharma is a 38-year-old female presenting with bilateral hand swelling and stiffness for 3 months. I've been having swelling and stiffness in both of my hands for about three months now. It started gradually — at first I noticed that my fingers felt stiff when I woke up in the morning. It would take me over an hour, sometimes closer to two hours, before the stiffness would loosen up enough for me to use my hands normally. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
