Priya Patel is a 28-year-old female presenting with i have burning when i urinate and need to go to the bathroom all the time - this is my 4th bladder infection this year. I started having symptoms 2 days ago. I have a burning sensation when I urinate, I feel like I need to go to the bathroom constantly even when I just went, and when I do go only a little comes out. I don't have blood in my urine that I can see, but it does smell stronger than usual. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
