Joint Pain After GI Illness

Nate is a 32-year-old male presenting with asymmetric lower-limb joint swelling 2 weeks after an episode of bloody diarrhea. I'm a 32-year-old man and about two weeks ago my right knee and left ankle became swollen, warm, and painful. Roughly two weeks before that I had several days of bloody, crampy diarrhea after eating undercooked chicken at a barbecue. Recently I've also noticed some burning when I pass urine and my eyes have been a bit red and irritated. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
