Sacral Pressure Sore in a Bedbound Patient

Arthur is a 81-year-old male presenting with worsening sacral pressure sore for several weeks, now with fever and chills. I'm 81 and I've been mostly stuck in bed since my stroke last year. A few weeks ago my daughter found a sore over my tailbone, and it's gotten worse — it's deeper now and there's some dark and yellow stuff in it, and it's started to smell. The last day or two I've had the chills and felt feverish, and I'm more foggy-headed than normal. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
