Pre-operative Clearance

Eugene is a 70-year-old male presenting with pre-operative evaluation for elective right total knee replacement. 70-year-old male presents for pre-operative medical evaluation prior to elective right total knee replacement scheduled in 3 weeks. He has severe osteoarthritis of the right knee limiting his mobility and quality of life. He can walk about 1-2 blocks before needing to rest due to knee pain. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
