Swelling and Headache in Pregnancy

Nicole is a 34-year-old female presenting with facial and hand swelling, severe headache at 32 weeks pregnant. 34-year-old G2P1 at 32 weeks gestation presents with rapidly worsening facial and hand edema over the past 2 days and severe headache since this morning. The headache is frontal, constant, 8/10, and not relieved by acetaminophen. She also reports seeing spots. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
