Whitney is a 30-year-old female presenting with 30 y/o f planning to conceive, here for preconception counseling. 30-year-old woman in good general health planning to conceive within a few months, presenting for preconception counseling. She has well-controlled hypothyroidism and otherwise no major medical issues, and is highly motivated to optimize her health before pregnancy. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
