Margaret is a 74-year-old female presenting with bilateral shoulder and hip pain with severe morning stiffness for 3 weeks. Bilateral shoulder and hip pain/stiffness 3 weeks, rapid onset. Morning stiffness >1 hour. Can't dress or get out of chair. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
