Heel Pain in the Morning

Maria is a 44-year-old female presenting with right medial heel pain, worst with first morning steps, for two months. The pain has been building up over the last two months. It's located on the bottom and inner part of my right heel. The thing that bothers me most is that it's at its absolute worst with the first few steps when I get out of bed in the morning — it's a sharp, stabbing pain right under my heel. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
