Acute Pericarditis

Ryan is a 25-year-old male presenting with sharp chest pain worse with breathing for 2 days. Two days ago I developed this sharp, stabbing pain in the center of my chest and a bit to the left side. It came on pretty suddenly. The pain gets significantly worse when I take a deep breath in — it feels like someone is stabbing me when I inhale deeply. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
