Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Tiffany is a 22-year-old female presenting with lower abdominal pain for 3 days and fever. The pain started about 3 days ago as a dull ache in my lower belly, on both sides. It has gotten progressively worse and now I would rate it about 7 out of 10. The pain is constant and gets worse when I move around or walk. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
