Projectile Vomiting in an Infant

Rebecca is a 28-year-old female presenting with progressive non-bilious projectile vomiting after feeds in a 5-week-old with weight loss. My son is 5 weeks old and about a week and a half ago he started spitting up, but it's gotten much worse. Now he vomits forcefully right after almost every feed — it actually shoots out across the room. It looks like milk or curdled milk, never green. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
