Pediatric Pneumonia

Sophia Adams is a 4-year-old female presenting with 4-year-old with cough and fever for 4 days, worsening. Sophia started with a runny nose and mild cough about 5 days ago. I figured it was a cold from preschool. But 4 days ago she developed a fever - it's been going up to 102-103 each time the Tylenol wears off. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
