Ethan (Mom: Linda) is a 3-year-old male presenting with my 3-year-old son has had a fever for 2 days and keeps pulling at his ear. Ethan started with a runny nose about 5 days ago, seemed like a regular cold. Two days ago he got a fever, been around 102-103°F. He's been pulling at his right ear and crying more than usual.
