Chloe Kim is a 2-year-old female presenting with 2-year-old with persistent itchy rash for 6 months. Chloe developed this rash when she was about 18 months old. It started on her cheeks as dry, red patches. Then it spread to the creases of her elbows and behind her knees. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
