Olivia Martin is a 10-year-old female presenting with 10-year-old with increased thirst, frequent urination, and weight loss for 3-4 weeks. Over the past 3-4 weeks I've noticed Olivia is constantly thirsty. She carries a water bottle everywhere and fills it up 8-10 times a day. She never used to drink this much. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
