Noah Garcia is a 1-year-old male presenting with 18-month-old with vomiting and diarrhea for 24 hours. Noah started vomiting yesterday morning around 10 AM. He's vomited about 8-10 times total - it's mostly liquid now since he hasn't been able to eat. The vomit is clear or slightly yellowish, nothing green or bloody.
