Chronic Pediatric Constipation

Mia Johnson is a 5-year-old female presenting with 5-year-old with chronic constipation for 6 months. Mia has been having problems with constipation for about 6 months now. She only has a bowel movement every 4-5 days, and when she does go it's very large, hard, and painful. She cries and screams on the toilet because it hurts. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
