Pediatric ADHD

Ethan is a 8-year-old male presenting with difficulty focusing and disruptive behavior at school in 8-year-old. 8-year-old male brought by father due to concerns from school about inattention and hyperactivity. Teachers report he cannot sit still, is easily distracted, frequently calls out, does not complete assignments, and is disruptive. This has been ongoing since first grade but has worsened in third grade with increased demands. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
