Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Jasmine is a 24-year-old female presenting with irregular periods and weight gain for 1 year. My periods started when I was 13 and they were always a little irregular, but for the past year they've gotten much worse. I might get a period every 2 to 3 months, and sometimes I skip months entirely. When I do get a period, it can be really heavy - soaking through a pad every couple of hours for the first two days. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
