Swollen Painful Foreskin

Ben is a 72-year-old male presenting with painful swollen retracted foreskin trapped behind the glans for several hours after catheter care. I'm a 72-year-old man with a urinary catheter. A few hours ago a nurse pulled my foreskin back to clean around the catheter, and it never got pulled back forward over the tip.
