Panic Disorder

Jennifer Walsh is a 28-year-old female presenting with recurrent episodes of palpitations and shortness of breath. 28-year-old female presents with 3 months of recurrent episodes of sudden-onset palpitations, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and feeling like she is going to die. Episodes last 10-20 minutes and resolve spontaneously. First episode occurred in a crowded mall, now avoids shopping centers. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
