Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Assessment

Maya Patel is a 27-year-old female presenting with intrusive thoughts about contamination and compulsive handwashing for 6 months. I started having these thoughts about six months ago, right after a coworker got really sick with a stomach bug at my office. Ever since then, I cannot stop thinking about germs and contamination.
