Obesity Counseling

Kevin Martinez is a 45-year-old male presenting with i'm here to discuss my weight and how to get healthier because my blood pressure and blood sugar are getting worse. I've struggled with my weight my whole adult life, but it's gotten worse over the past 10 years. I currently weigh 240 pounds and I'm 5'10" tall - I know that's obese. I've tried dieting before but I always gain the weight back. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
