Howard is a 74-year-old male presenting with difficulty walking and memory problems for 6 months. Over the past six months or so, my walking has gotten progressively worse. I feel unsteady on my feet, like my feet are glued to the floor. I take small, shuffling steps and I have trouble turning around or starting to walk after standing still. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
