Hypertension New Diagnosis

Robert Chen is a 48-year-old male presenting with i'm here for a follow-up about my high blood pressure that was found on a routine screening. I came in for a physical exam 2 weeks ago and they told me my blood pressure was high - it was 154/98. They had me come back and check it again a few times and it's been consistently in the 150s over 90s. Honestly, I feel totally fine. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
