Nephrotic Syndrome

Lisa is a 29-year-old female presenting with swelling and foamy urine for 3 weeks. About three weeks ago I started noticing swelling in my ankles and feet. It was subtle at first — I just thought my shoes were tight — but it's gotten progressively worse. Now both of my legs are swollen from my feet up to my knees. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
