Neonatal Sepsis

Baby Taylor is a 0-year-old male presenting with 5-day-old newborn not feeding and lethargic for 1 day. My baby is 5 days old. Yesterday afternoon he started refusing to breastfeed - he would latch on but then just stop sucking after a minute or two. Before that he was feeding well every 2-3 hours since birth. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
