Myasthenia Gravis

Helen is a 42-year-old female presenting with drooping eyelids and difficulty swallowing for 3 weeks. About three weeks ago I started noticing that my eyelids were drooping, especially by the end of the day. In the morning I feel mostly fine, but as the day goes on my eyelids get heavier and heavier until I can barely keep them open by dinnertime. My husband noticed it first - he said I looked sleepy all the time. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
