Vision Changes and Leg Numbness

Katherine is a 32-year-old female presenting with episode of vision loss 3 months ago, now numbness in legs x 2 weeks. 32-year-old female presents with 2-week history of numbness and tingling in both legs, worse below the knees. She had an episode 3 months ago of blurred vision and pain with eye movement in her right eye that lasted about 2 weeks then improved. She also recalls an episode of left arm numbness 1 year ago that resolved. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
