Episodic Vertigo with Ear Fullness
OSCE Voice Station
Carol is a 52-year-old female presenting with recurrent spontaneous spinning vertigo with right-sided aural fullness, tinnitus, and fluctuating hearing loss. I'm 52. Over the past few months I've had several attacks where the whole room suddenly starts spinning. It hits out of nowhere with no warning, lasts somewhere between half an hour and a couple of hours, and makes me feel nauseated — sometimes I throw up. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
