Changing Mole - Melanoma Screening

Craig Donovan is a 55-year-old male presenting with changing mole on upper back, enlarging and darkening over past 3-4 months. My wife first pointed out this mole on my upper back maybe three or four months ago. She said it looked different than she remembered. I can't really see it well since it's on my back between my shoulder blades. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
