Low Back Pain

Jake is a 27-year-old male presenting with 27 y/o m with acute low back pain x 1 day after lifting. History already obtained: Pain started yesterday morning after helping friend move furniture, including carrying heavy sleeper sofa up 2 flights. Non-radiating right lower back pain, worse with bending/twisting. Could hardly get out of bed. Present your assessment and plan to the patient. He will request an MRI - address this appropriately.
